Behind the Scenes at Jean Georges
Last week the last At the Chef’s Table with Thomas Keller went live, so today we’re started a new round with Jean-Georges Vongerichten (our video editor practiced saying his name over and over).
Anyway, I was once again lucky enough to help out Daily Meal’s video editor Ali Rosen with the shoot, getting some sweet b-roll shots of the dining room and photographing the chef plating an egg caviar himself. He was one of our best interviews so far, meeting us personally at the door without a PR rep.
